crash happens in mplayer -vc dummy file.avi , then seek.
this bug is also reported to dev-eng.

I was at university when I created that patch, that's why I couldn't test...
Btw.: Instead of -vc dummy you should usually use -vc null -vo null...
I don't quite get along with that code, not sure when I will get around to fix
this...

-vc null shows vo window...
anyways, thanks for taking a look at it, i'm not that interested
in this bug, so no rush for me.
